All embroidery designs featured on this Site (including free samples) are copyright of AmazingEmbroideryDesigns.com - Veronika Bulatova, and are intended for the exclusive and personal use of the individual purchasing them. You may not reproduce and/or resell our products or any portion of it, by email, diskette, CD or machine card, or by any other means, without special permission. These designs may be used in the production of goods for resale by an individual or home business on up to 120 items a year. These designs may not be used for industrial or commercial businesses without special licensing.

Delivery
After your payment, you can download your designs.
There are two ways to receive designs.
1. Download - The design can be downloaded immediately to your computer. This is the fastest and easiest way to receive a design. Click "Download" and follow the steps to save the design in your computer. Be sure to save the design in a folder that will be easy to remember.
2. Email - The design can be emailed as an attachment. Click "Email" to have the design delivered to the email address listed in your account information.

Refund policy
We strive for our customer's complete satisfaction and we will do whatever it takes ensure that each of our customers is satisfied with the quality of our embroidery designs. Due to the nature of embroidery software, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please, before placing an order, try at least one of our free designs to see our quality and check your capabilities. Each of the embroidery designs that we offer on our site have been hand digitized by experienced professionals. All designs have been test stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale. However, we will provide unlimited technical support if you encounter any problems.

Limitation of liability
The information on the AmazingEmbroideryDesigns.com Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and may not be complete. Changes are periodically made to the Site and may be made at any time. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
